2 User Eligibility

To register and use the luxury138 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement in the country or territory where you reside.

• You do not hold more than one active account on the luxury138 platform at any time.

3 Account Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)
