We are more than just a gaming platform. luxury138 is an online entertainment community built with full dedication to meet the genuine needs of Malaysian players — safe, fair and enjoyable.
Luxury138 started with a simple question: why is it so hard for Malaysians to find an online entertainment platform that truly understands their needs? Most platforms available at the time were built for overseas markets — foreign-language interfaces, payment methods that didn't support local e-wallets, and customer support that couldn't communicate in Malay. That became the starting point for founding luxury138.
Launched in 2020, luxury138 was built from the ground up by a team made up predominantly of Malaysians. Our team understands exactly how Malaysians live and behave digitally — we know that most players access the platform via smartphone, that they want to use Touch 'n Go or GrabPay for deposits, and that they are most comfortable communicating in Bahasa Melayu whenever they encounter any issue.
That is why every design decision at luxury138 is made with Malaysian users in mind first. From eye-friendly colour choices and intuitive menu layouts to guaranteed customer support response times in minutes — everything is planned to deliver the most comfortable and seamless experience for our players.
Today, luxury138 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms with over 500,000 registered members. But as impressive as that number is, what we are most proud of is the trust each and every one of those players has placed in us. That trust is what drives us to keep improving and enhancing the luxury138 platform every single day.
To provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian — regardless of background, location or level of experience in online gaming.
Transparency in every transaction, uncompromising security, fairness in every game and respect for every player — those are the four core pillars that underpin everything we do at luxury138.
Three pillars that underpin every decision we make at luxury138
Building an online entertainment platform that provides easy, safe and enjoyable access for all segments of Malaysian society — with full support in Bahasa Malaysia, Malaysian Ringgit and the everyday local payment methods Malaysians already use.
To be the first choice Malaysian players think of when it comes to online entertainment — not because we are the biggest, but because we understand and respect our players' needs and trust the most.
Honesty, transparency, security and responsibility — these four values are not mere slogans at luxury138. They are the standards we uphold firmly in every aspect of our operations, from how we design our games to how we handle every customer complaint.
